Our prices are fully inclusive of all costs (i.e. food, bedding, heating and insurance), there are no hidden extras, just a safe, stress free relaxing environment. For a full list of the foods we stock please click here

Only cats from the same household may share.



1 Cat    £16.00 per day


2 Cats  £22:00 per day (sharing)


3 Cats  £27:00 per day (sharing)


4 Cats  £30:00 per day (sharing)


A minimum deposit of 25% or one day’s stay, whichever is the greater, is required at the time of booking. This will then be deducted from your final bill. Deposits are non-refundable. New customers booking with less than 14 days’ notice will be required to make full payment prior to their cat(s) stay.

We charge by the day, including the day of arrival and day of departure. There is a 3-day minimum charge for any stay during low season (1st Nov to 31st Mar) rising to 4 days’ minimum charge during high season (1st Apr to 31st Oct). All Bank Holidays are charged at double the daily rate. Christmas and Easter holidays fluctuate year on year and incorporate short closing periods. Please ask for details.

Payment in full is required on collection of your cat(s). We accept payments in cash or via internet banking. We also continue to accept cheques, however there will be a £1.00 charge for payments made by cheque.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable accept credit or debit cards

In the case of long term boarders, we would appreciate if accounts are paid monthly. If payment is not made upon collection, we reserve the right to retain your cat(s) until payment is made.

If a cat is left with us for more than 5 days after the agreed date for pick up, with or without contact from the owners, nor any payment (excluding deposit), we reserve the right to arrange for the cat to be re-homed via a recognised animal charity.

Prices are reviewed annually and the up to date price list is also displayed on our website. We do not currently charge VAT.


Discount to Fees

We offer a 5% discount to all our customers who pay their final account on collection with cash instead of online. The 5% discount does not apply when paying by cheque or online and is a cash only offer.

When you arrive to drop off your cat/s, please advise if you will be paying with cash and we will ensure your final invoice is adjusted accordingly for your return. Discount will be applied to the final invoice on the day of collection and is available on bookings of any duration. Discount only applies to the booking when the final balance is paid in cash on the day of collection.

Bank holiday supplements are not subject to discount.

Cancellation of Booking


We require at least 14 days’ notice of a cancellation or any date changes. Any cancellations/ date changes with less than 14 days’ notice will be charged at the full rate. We recommend you cover your booking along with your normal holiday insurance or via your own pet insurance.

If a cat is collected before the end of the booking period, fees are still payable for the whole of the booked period. This also applies if a cat arrives after the agreed start date. This is necessary, as your booking will have precluded any other bookings being taken for that same period.

Reservations, Drop Off & Pick-Up


Cats need to be brought into the cattery in a secure carrier (one cat per carrier please) and for safety reasons please remove any collars prior to your cat arriving. We suggest you reserve as early as possible for the peak season from April to October, Bank Holidays and school holidays and of course Christmas.

Due to high demand during peak seasons, it is important that you allow enough time in a reservation to allow for flight and traffic problems, to allow you to collect your cat on the day and time agreed. Any overstay, early or late, will be charged at a full day’s rate for each day or part there-of.

If someone other than yourself is collecting, please leave their name and contact number with us for security and pay for your cats’ holiday when you arrive.


Frequent Feline Loyalty Card

We love seeing all our customers and their cats, so to reward our most regular customers we have introduced our Frequent Feline Loyalty Card. The card is available to all our customers so pick one up on your next visit.

One loyalty card per customer. These are not transferrable and only apply to the customer named on the card. Remember to keep your card safe and bring it with you every time your cat stays. Lost cards will not be honored.

To qualify for a stamp, you must pay for your cat to stay for 7 consecutive days. Your card will be stamped at the end of your cats stay when you come to collect. If someone else is collecting your cat then make sure they have your card available for stamping, otherwise bring it with you when you drop off.

Longer holidays may be used to accrue more than one stamp, for example a stay of 14 days will qualify for 2 stamps

Your free 4 days can be used as a standalone break or as part of a longer holiday. Days cannot be taken individually. Your free days may be used over Bank Holidays (excluding our Christmas closed period), however double rates will still apply. In addition, if you wish to upgrade your chalet, upgrade costs will still apply. Loyalty card days cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Full rates will apply.

Once earned, your free days will be valid for 12 months. This will be detailed on your card when your last stamp is achieved. Your card must be surrendered when taking your free 4 days. Our normal cancellation policy applies.

Monday to Friday 10:00am - 12noon and 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Saturday 10:00am - 1:00pm
Sunday & Bank Holidays CLOSED

Visits outside of these hours jeopardise our license and contravene planning law and could seriously affect the service we offer you. Our restrictions are the same as any shop or office so please respect our hours.


The cattery is situated in a quiet village road; please pull onto the drive to park when you visit us. Your consideration for our neighbours is greatly appreciated.
