Rachael Jones BA

Cattery Manager


Rachael is professional and caring with a meticulous attention to detail. Rachael leads our experienced team of staff and manages the day to day running of the cattery. She is dedicated to the cats’ welfare whilst in our care. Rachael is confident in advising on all aspects of cat care as well as ensuring our high standards are maintained. Rachael is also a fully qualified Animal First Aider.

Rachael graduated in 2014 in Criminal Law, but she knew her heart really lay in an animal based profession and is now working towards a career in animal welfare. Rachael has had cats and birds in the past and now currently owns 4 dogs who she adores.

Rachael enjoys running, walking her dogs, reading, drawing and fostering lots of animals! She also volunteers at local animal re homing charities and is regularly fundraising for animals in need.


Lauren Watts (BSc Hons)

Cattery Supervisor


Lauren is a bright and outgoing member of our team. She is also very hardworking and reliable; always making sure all our customers and their cats are well catered for.


Lauren graduated from Plymouth University with a degree in Applied Zoology, specialising in Animal Conservation. She has travelled extensively and helped animals in need all over the world.


Lauren is a keen photographer, producing some outstanding pictures for both herself, her family and friends as well as some of our customers cats! She lives with her cat, dog and her rescued leopard gecko and enjoys travelling the world and going to the gym.

Emma Bright (BSc Hons)

Cattery Assistant


Emma is a caring, passionate and committed member of our team with a high attention to detail in all aspects of her work. She works hard to ensure that all our residents are happy and their owners have peace of mind.


Emma graduated in 2017 with a First in Animal Science and she is now working on completing her Masters by research in Biomedical and Environmental Science and Technology.


Emma lives at home with her pet cat and gerbil. She enjoys running and takes part in marathons for charity, visiting the theatre with friends and going to the cinema with family. 

Millie De Kauwe

Cattery Assistant


Millie is a friendly, enthusiastic and caring member of our team, she gives 100% to everything she does and her passion for animals is evident throughout her work.

Millie is currently studying Fashion at the University of Birmingham and hopes to pursue a career within the fashion or teaching industry. Millie has a meticulous eye for detail and design and is producing some amazing work for her course.

Millie has a menagerie of animals which include dogs, cats, fish, rabbits and horses. She enjoys socialising with her friends, walking her two dogs, horse riding, sewing and spending time with her family.
