Who We Are

The business is 100% family owned and managed. The day to day operation of the cattery is carried out by Rachel Bland. With the help and support of her husband Bryan, and all the rest of the family, we run a pretty tight ship!

Rachel was a property surveyor for 10 years and had been looking for a new venture and a new challenge. Being an animal lover (especially cats!) the building of the cattery was a dream come true. Rachel project managed the development of the site and the set up of the buildings with her property experience. Husband Bryan works as a public relations manager so manages all of our marketing, PR and web design. He is also a real handy man when it comes to building renovation and property maintenance.

The family would of course not be complete without cats! We have four beautiful 'Puddings' as we like to call them!

Milo - We guarantee you will want to take him home! He is an 13 year old Chinchilla. Not your average show cat, as he loves to roll in the dirt and leaves and be a real compo! Totally loveable, very chatty, a real lap cat.

Jasper - Head Boy but a big softie. A real daddies boy, loves climbing, we quite often find him at the top of our hay barn! He's eight years old and very young at heart.....except when he's flat out in front of a roaring fire!

Nisha - Our only little girl; and she likes it that way! She is nine years old and very independent. She rules the roost and the boys know it! Love is always on her terms, but she really is a cutie and purrs like a train. Super farm cat but always in at 10.00pm.

Eva - Our newest addition. She is 2 years old and very adventurous, but is only just learning to go outside. She is a cheeky monkey and can be quite mischievous, but adorable!

In addition to the feline population we have Sunny our Lutino Cockatiel. Such a sweetie, very friendly, sings and whistles all day; he is such a happy little bird.

And of course there's Sulli, our 5 year old coloured gelding. Sulli is good at entertaining all the cats with his antics! He is very young and at the moment everything is exciting......the next year is going to be challenge!
